Peppermint 6 drops
DigestZen 7 drops
Balance 7 drops
Lavender 10 drops
Place drops in order above into 1/3 oz glass roller bottle and fill remainder of jar with FCO
Apply to bottom of feet morning and night and apply to belly button area or behind ears as needed to manage hot flashes.
